Universal Tanker Solutions, a leading specialist in commercial and domestic wastewater management based in , marks its 20th anniversary in 2025, celebrating two decades of growth, expansion, and long-serving employees who have been integral to its success.

Founded with a team of just seven employees and a single 18-tonne DAF vacuum tanker in Stokesley, the company has since expanded to a workforce of 124 across 20 regional depots, supported by a diverse fleet from leading manufacturers including Mercedes, DAF, Volvo, MAN, and Scania.

As part of its anniversary year, Universal Tanker Solutions will introduce new tankers into its fleet for 2025/26, reinforcing its commitment to continued investment and nationwide service excellence.

The milestone is particularly special for Founder and Chairman Simon Gunn, who also celebrated his 70th birthday in January. Reflecting on the company’s journey alongside his son, Managing Director Toby Gunn, Simon acknowledges the significant role of strategic acquisitions in driving Universal Tanker Solutions’ impressive growth over the past decade.
