Project management specialist Logic-i Group has strengthened its service offering with the launch of Complete-i, its second spin-off business, bringing the critical commissioning phase in-house.

The move marks a strategic step towards fully integrated project delivery, ensuring seamless transitions from initiation through to handover. To lead the new division, the Teesside-based consultancy has appointed Paul Mottram, an industry veteran with nearly 40 years of experience in operations and commissioning across sectors including power, Oil & Gas, and pharmaceuticals.

Previously, Yarm-based Logic-i relied on specialist contractors for commissioning - the systematic process of ensuring a building or industrial plant’s systems and components align with design intent, client requirements, and regulatory standards. By handling this in-house, Complete-i enhances quality control, mitigates risks early, and prevents costly delays.

The launch follows the successful introduction of Recruit-i, Logic-i’s first spin-off business, which specialises in white-collar recruitment for the engineering, industrial, power generation, and construction sectors.

Together, these expansions mark a pivotal year for the Yarm-headquartered company, which aims to double its turnover from £3 million to £6 million while targeting large-scale, complex projects in the UK and international markets.
