Blyth-based Dräger Safety UK, part of The Dräger Group, has announced a significant expansion of its UK rental division, Draeger Hire UK, over the next four years. The move comes in response to increasing demand for a ‘safety as a service’ approach, enabling businesses to access essential safety equipment without the financial burden of outright purchases.

Operating nationwide, Dräger’s rental service provides 24-hour delivery on a comprehensive range of safety equipment, including gas and flame detectors, breathing apparatus, drug and alcohol testing products, and specialist firefighting equipment.

Reinforcing its commitment to rental services, Dräger Safety UK has appointed Neil Shepherd as Marketing Manager. In his new role, Shepherd will oversee the broader marketing of Draeger Hire, as well as the company’s Dräger Marine and Offshore division.
