Tees Vallety Training Provider achieves more quality accreditations

The TTE Technical Training Group has received a double endorsement of its commitment to quality by achieving two highly-regarded industry accreditations.

The Middlesbrough-based training provider has again had its management systems validated with the renewal of its ISO 9001: 2015 certification while also, for the first time, achieving ISO: 14001: 2015 for environmental management.

These latest accreditations follow on from its most recent OFSTED inspection, which enabled TTE to become the only Grade 2 Engineering and Process training provider in the Middlesbrough and Redcar & Cleveland area.

Delivering technical training through study programmes and apprenticeships, alongside the upskilling and reskilling of technicians from international companies, TTE maintains a consistent level of quality that has been endorsed by the ISO accreditation.

Achieving ISO: 9001 enables companies and organisations to demonstrate to customers that their products and services are of consistently good quality and helps guide the streamlining of processes and make businesses become more efficient in their operations.

Through its close working relationships with sectors such as oil and gas, manufacturing, process and power sectors, TTE aims to ensure its training and operations are delivered to current industry standards, which includes its environmental commitment.

ISO: 14001 was introduced to provide a management system for businesses to enhance its environmental performance and ensure that it meets compliance obligations that are relevant to its industry and the sectors its serves.

Steve Grant, Managing Director of TTE, said: “Quality is one of our paramount focuses at TTE as it ensures that the trainees and technicians that leave our training centre are not only armed with respected qualifications, but a high standard of training to enable them to become valuable members of their employers’ workforces.

“These new accreditations are valuable additions to our quality standards and take pride of place alongside our respected Grade 2 OFSTED, which gives us a unique position in the local technical training market.”
