NOF, the UK business development organisation for the energy sector, has seen a surge in new members as supply chain companies seek support to diversify and contribute to the energy transition.
During recent months, more than 75 new members have signed up taking its total membership to in excess of 430.
The new companies, which are located across the UK, are from the engineering, manufacturing, industrial and professional services sectors and include start-ups looking to bring their agility and innovative solutions into the energy sector supply chain.
NOF, which has a national reach, embraces the offshore wind, hydrogen, carbon capture and storage, nuclear, oil & natural gas industries.
It provides vital industry intelligence to companies to ensure they are fully informed of business development opportunities, raises the profile of members through impactful marketing and media support, highlights projects of interest and importantly connects its members to the right points of contact to facilitate new relationships.
To enable companies to transfer their skills and expertise into new and emerging markets, NOF also forms partnerships with developers, operators and tier one contractors which ultimately benefit its members.
