Impeller Assurance and Resilience, a provider of fire safety services based in Sunderland, has secured a new agreement with Kingston Property Services to conduct essential fire risk assessments for its expanding portfolio of properties in the North East.
Impeller, which is a member of NOF Energy and the commercial arm of Tyne and Wear Fire and Rescue Service (TWFRS), delivers innovative solutions to private and public organisations in safety, resilience and emergency response.
The new contract involves Impeller’s completion of risk assessments for Kingston’s properties in Newcastle, Sunderland, Durham, Teesside, and Northumberland. The risk assessments will ensure fire compliance and safety of buildings, both internally and externally.
Kingston Property Services specialises in leasehold block management and estate management throughout Northern England. It is part of the Bernicia Group, a charitable business providing social and commercial property management services to more than 30,000 households.
